Parcel Kit
A small component system for dense logistics interfaces, built around keyboard use, clear status, and predictable composition.
Context
Three product teams had built similar controls with different behavior, language, and accessibility gaps.
Contribution
I audited the existing interfaces, defined the shared patterns, built the Vue components, and paired with teams during adoption.
Constraints
- Existing products could not pause feature work during adoption.
- Components needed to support both compact desktop tools and touch screens.
Key decisions
- Prioritised complex workflow primitives over decorative components.
- Shipped migration examples beside each component instead of a separate adoption guide.
Outcomes
- Removed repeated accessibility defects from new releases.
- Shortened review time for common workflow changes.
